Refund & Return Policy – Oneness Wear

At Oneness Wear, we stand by the quality of our activewear and want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy to make your experience hassle-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags & packaging).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Items must not have signs of wear, deodorant stains, or pet hair.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and underwear are non-refundable.

Note: If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a Return Request
    Email contact@onenesswear.com.au with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return (e.g. wrong size, defective, changed mind)
    • Clear photos (if applicable)
  2. Receive Return Instructions
    Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Send Back Your Item
    Pack the item securely and send it using a trackable shipping service.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Afterpay).
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Note: If you used a discount or free shipping offer, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

4. Exchanges (Size or Colour Changes)

  • We offer FREE exchanges within 30 days.
  • Follow the return steps and specify your preferred size or colour in your email.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Faulty or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, email us at contact@onenesswear.com.au with:

  • Your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We’ll replace the item at no cost or provide a full refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
  • For Australian returns, we recommend using Australia Post with tracking.
  • For international returns, use a reliable courier (e.g. DHL, FedEx).

Tip: We are not liable for lost return packages. Always use a trackable service.

7. Final Sale & Non-Refundable Items

  • ❌ Final Sale Items – No refunds or exchanges on clearance items.
  • ❌ Gift Cards – Non-refundable.
  • ❌ Underwear & Accessories – Returns not accepted for hygiene reasons.
