Oneness Wear – Shipping Policy

At Oneness Wear, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and affordable shipping to our customers across Australia and worldwide. Below, you’ll find details on our shipping rates, delivery times, tracking, and policies.

1. Shipping Destinations

  • Australia-wide Shipping (Standard & Express)
  • International Shipping available

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed before 12 PM AEST may be shipped the same day
  • During high-demand periods (e.g. sales, new launches), dispatch times may be slightly delayed

Express shipping is recommended for urgent orders.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (International)

  • We offer international shipping. Delivery times and rates vary based on the destination.
  • You’ll be able to see calculated shipping costs at checkout.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

  • All orders include tracking.
  • Tracking details will be sent via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
  • You can track your order using the link provided or through Australia Post, DHL, or FedEx.
  • If you haven’t received your tracking details, check your spam folder or email contact@onenesswear.com.au.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or VAT on delivery.
  • These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Oneness Wear is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Oneness Wear is NOT responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after the courier marks them as “Delivered”
  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, or weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

What to do if your package is delayed or lost?

  • Contact Australia Post, DHL, or FedEx first with your tracking number.
  • If delayed beyond 15 business days, email us at contact@onenesswear.com.au.

8. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately.
  • If your order has NOT shipped, we can update the address.
  • If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address.
  • Undeliverable orders will be returned and re-shipping will incur additional costs.

Tip: Always double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

9. Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

  • If your item is a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be mentioned on the product page.
  • If an item is backordered, we’ll notify you with the restock ETA.

All pre-orders are shipped as soon as stock becomes available.

10. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Unclaimed package at the post office
  • Failed delivery attempts

We will notify you and provide two options:

  1. Re-ship the order (additional shipping fee applies)
  2. Issue a refund minus shipping costs
